teleStream is a cloud-based, internet television and digital content streaming platform launched by Ethio Telecom in February 2026. Live Channels: Access to over 60 live channels, including local Ethiopian TV, regional networks, religious content, children’s programming, and global news outlets like BBC, CNN, and France 24.
Video on Demand (VOD): A library of more than 350 VOD titles, including movies and cultural shows, which are continually refreshed.

The Device: A portable “Set-Top Box” (STB) converter that connects via HDMI, effectively turning standard, non-smart televisions into smart TVs.
Requirements: To run the service, users need an Ethio Telecom home Wi-Fi/fixed broadband connection or an attached teleStream SIM card for mobile data.
